Discussion: Small deposit of a mixed, unstructured deposit, laid in a small depression in the south-west corner of the clean zone, possibly to level up a worn area of floor close to the niche in the south of the west wall. 

Recognition: Mixed material between floors and rake-outs 

Definition: Colour and texture different from surrounding deposits 

Execution: Trowel from edges 

Condition: Dry and slightly friable 

Consistency: Slightly friable 

Colour: Mottled grey, brown, orange and beige 

Texture: Silty clay 

Bedding: Massive 

Inclusions: 5% medium stones and clay ball fragments, <5% small shell fragments, small bone fragments and charcoal flecks 

Post-depositional Features: Occasional root and insect disturbance 

Basal Boundary: Clear, smooth, anthropic
