Unit description: Sample 1 consists of a small number of fragments from sheep-sized animals, about 15% of which is burned (low temperature). None is digested. Fragment sizes are small, generally less than 1 cm except for a blocky chunk of dense cancellous bone. Wear and weathering is quite mixed. F12 is a worked bone. NR 2003: Sample 6 >4mm flotation 100% sorted, recorded completely. It consists of three tiny bits of sheep-sized scrap, rather rolled and rounded.
