Unit 6871
Category: layer dug in 2001
Area: TP
Interpretive Categories: mud clay plaster
Data Category Information: Location: cut; Description: burial; Deposition: homogeneous
Dimensions: 1,25 x 0,40 x 0,02
Discussion: The layer/ infill or construction is clearly distinguishable. It might have been used as a kind of ceiling of a grave pit. The present location of the layer is located ca. 10 cm below the original location. The wall of the grave cut might have been also covered by a mud layer. Thickness of the layer varies (between 1 cm in western part to 2 cm in its eastern part). The way in which the whole layer was constructed remains unknown. It might have dried up naturally. In some places its surface is porous.
