Discussion: This is a small greyish layer which is probably a fragment of the midden (see unit 7810) placed between mudbrick wall located against W edge of the trench and layer of destroyed bricks (unit 7813). It is cut by a fragment of the later deposits (unit 7817) and thus it is separated from unit 7810.

Execution: trowel, leaf trowel 

Condition: dry, hot and windy 

Consistency: loose/soft 

Colour: mid grey to light grey 

Texture: silty sand 

Bedding: massive 

Inclusions: pottery, animal bones, obsidian

Basal Boundary: irregular
