Unit 7834
Category: layer dug in 2004
Area: TP
Interpretive Categories: layer,make-up layer
Data Category Information: Location: between walls; Material: pise-like
Dimensions: 4.00 x 2.00 x 0,30
Discussion: The unit had been distinguished in season 2003 (plans 03/131 & 03/133) and partly excavated then.
The layer was defined in the middle of an extension - in N part of its S grid & in S part of its N grid. The N boundary of the unit was formed by walls 7826, 7830 and other units 7828 and 7829, the S boundary was defined by walls 7856 and 7857 and E & W boundaries by the grids.
It was probably a make-up layer built on the surface of walls beneath. The base of unit 7834 was very irregular and formed by lines of walls (3 lines of orientation E-W) beneath.
