Area: TP

Interpretive Categories: layer

Data Category Information: none

Dimensions: 1.00 x 0.80 x 0,18

Discussion: It is a layer in S part of an extension between units 7848 and 8920 ( a mat) from the W and 7850 from the E. It was visible on the same level as 7848 (plan 03/133 made in season 2003) and after cleaning the trench after winter break (4 cm lower) it got a bit different shape (visible on plan 04/802). After removing the matting (unit 8920) it turned out that the layer explored as 7849 continued 20 cm further to the W than the plan 04/802 shows. The height of this layer under the matting varied from 2 to 3 cm. That means that the matting was partly lied down on this layer.
