Discussion: This is a layer placed between midden located on top of the Neolithic roof (7870 and 7882) and double Neolithic wall against edge of the trench (unit 7453). This layer is consiredably homogenous as compared wih unit 7871 (placed directly to the east) and is composed of a number of discontious small layers. Its formation and stratigraphic position remains unclear.
REMARK:
At the beginning of the 2004 season a new plan of southern section of the trench was drawn. This was aimed of capturing stratigraphic relation in this area. As a result a layout of layer 7872 as presented in graphics 03/134, was re - definied. Its proper layout is recorded in graphics 04/800.
