Discussion: Removal of white plaster floor that formed the basal boundary of unit 8179 and dipped up against the oven F.646. This unit's southern boundary was the basin feature, the East screen wall remnants (profile)- The West interior wall and to the North F.646 and the pit feature behind it. In some areas the white floor gave way to a black ashy layer and then to the brownsih packing characteristic of the rest of the unit. See unit 8211 for packing removal
