Unit 8421

Category: layer    dug in 2002

Area: North

Interpretive Categories: burial fill

Data Category Information: none

Dimensions: 61 cm E-W; 42 cm N-S

Discussion: As we were scraping the plaster of possible platform, we came across the cut on the south of the space 87 by the S wall. Te burial cut was expected to be found because of the baby bones found in the F.1002 through animal holes.
There is only about 10 cm soil between the two burials and there is some sort of connection since the bones of skeleton 8410 go under vthe cut towards the B. 1005. We hope to find it once we remove the top layer of the plaster on platform.
Two skeletons (SK 8423, SK 8425) were created in this burial cut. SK 8423 was a complete juvenile skeleton; SK 8425 consisted of a cranium and a mandible only.
