Discussion: The unit comprises the top soil layer of the area lying between the E wall of building 3 and the border of the BACH tent. The unit was opened because we had to define the E wall of building 3 and its relation to spaces 87, 88, 89. We removed a layer ca. 5-20 cm thick to follow the outlines of the walls. The soil was baige, loose to firn and easy to remove. There were bits of bones, obsidian flakes, parts of clay balls, one complete clay ball, a clay bead and 3 ceramic sherds.
