Discussion: We continued removing the S wall (F. 763), see unit sheets 8610 and 8611. This layer consists of a layer of mortar, which differs in texture and colour. We easily removed it with trowel but at some spots we had to use mattock. The mortar was loose, its colour varying from whitidh-beige to light brown, its thickness being 6 cm. There are rows of bricks and mortar underneath.
