Discussion: The unit is situated next to the S section of an extension. It was also visible in W section of the main trench. It is a fragment of a pit which bigger part has been excavated as unit 7845 in a season 2003. As excavated some flecks of white and a few of charcoal have been noticed and some burnt daub as well. 

 

Recognition: colour, texture, consistency 

Definition: a fragment of a large pit in S part of an extension; same as 7845 

Execution: trowel 

Condition: hot, dry, windy 

Consistency: friable with some lenses of firm 

Colour: light to dark grey, light brown 

Texture: sandy clay 

Bedding: layered - lenses of lighter clay 

Inclusions: pottery, animal bones, obsidian, burnt daub, shell, stones 

Post-depositional Features: animal bourowings 

Basal Boundary: diffuse, wavy, flat
