Location: Off-site, fields to north of East Mound.
An offsite trench was excavated in 1997 and expanded on in 1999. Located in the fields to the north of the KOPAL slot trench. The aim was to excavate to the top of the lake marl to record the offsite formation processes, the Neolithic ground horizon and buried soil horizons of subsequent periods.
