Entry: | Salut!
T5 Extension was finished today. Now I got into T5 to clean and draw Jonathan and Trinas wall structures section. Because I couldn't find a Unit which discribes this area, I opened a new one, Unit 13792. After cleaning and clearing the situation (with mattock, trowel and brush) it obvious that the southern mud brick wall is a grave and the northern one lays under it or is cuted by it. So the northern mud brick structure is older than the byzantine grave; because the material of the mud bricks looks the same like that of T5 Extension North (13723) I think they could belong together. Both are very certain chalcolithic, but a dating find and situation is missing to this day. I prepared a plan sheet so that I can finish drawing tomorrow. I will also read the docu of Jonathan an Trina about that area and will update it. The white pattern of T5 Extension (13735) was sketched by me on the unit sheet today. The white pattern material is also been found in the grave western of T5 Extension. Here it appears in the grave fill and also in the fill of the corner with the plaster lines. Now I'm very certain that it is man made and not a natural phenomenon.Entered By: IF |
