25/7/98 Removed S. half of oven ‘fill’ [2852].Revealed internal lining of wall on S. side- [2860] and also some collapse beneath the ‘fill’ [2864].Also appear to have S. side of entrance of oven which couldn’t see before.Photographed oven at this stage - planned outside wall/structure of oven [2870].Entered By: Richard Turnbull
