| Entry: | Today was a busy and slightly haphazard day. We began in Trench 5 in our various teams allocated to different areas for cleaning and excavation. During the day I helped provide some guidance on filling in the Unit Sheets and drawing conventions, though we are due to have a meeting at 8pm this evening to communicate these to the team in more depth. I believe most have already read the crib sheet, and those who are unfamiliar will be going through it this evening.
A lot happened today but I am fairly tired and tea is ready, so I will write a more detailed diary tomorrow when things fall into rhythm and run more smoothly.
As for unit numbers, I helped sort the finds from the cleaning of Trench 5, unit 16800. |
