| Entry: | Today I continued excavating in space 342, mostly extracting the middle of the room fill with a mattock and shovel to leave the interesting edges free for trowelling tomorrow. There were a few fragments of bone and some near complete pots next to the buttress which is half in the Western profile (5062) but mostly finds free day. Had a good discussion about how to excavate boring room fills quickly but accurately which was basically left unresolved. |
