| Entry: | Today I helped Jana in space 310, unit 18343. It is amazing how many finds are coming out of this unit in the course of a day. It seems that the floor in this unit is only partly preserved, in the North- East corner and along the eastern border of the unit, where it breaks up after several centimeters in the western direction. There is a huge lump of soil in the south-eastern corner, where the floor situation is still unclear.
The floor parts preserved are characterised by beads (unfortunately only one in context, the others are from the dry sieve) , pot sherds lying flat on the floor, and a lot of x-found artefacts in this context. |
