| Entry: | The opening of Trench 5 for the season has gone smoothly thus far and our team is proving very effective. I’ve spent the last two days working in unit 15140 , space 310 with JMR, extending Southward. Plaster lines in the plan have revealed buttresses in their expected locations as they were suspected from the profile cut last season (2009). We have encountered a possible burial along the Western limits of the unit, which JFB will begin to evaluate tomorrow (5/8/2010). As of this afternoon, space 310 has been entirely cleared of sandbags and prepped for excavation as well as the Thursday site tour. |
