Entry: | Today I continued extending Unit 15159 towards the south along the eastern wall. Throughout the morning a layer of plaster came up immediately to the southeast of F.3322, very similar in appearance to unit 15170, which was interpreted as a floor. It is still to be decided whether these to layers are connected in any way and are part of the same unit. At the same time, a grinding stone and the almost complete remains of a vessel (turned upside down) were found. This might be evidence for the existence of a pit or related storage structure on the area. |
