| Entry: | Today I continued to work with XHB and BOD in what is proving to be a confusing area of the trench. Unit 15159 and F 3322 were what I assisted with today, we are unsure as to what F 3322 is since it is highly disturbed by animal burrows - but it seems the animals like to burrow through the plaster. This Feature has a flat layer or plaster, as well it is lined with mudbrick and a plaster line around that. There also is a plaster floor to the west of this, unit 15170, which I will draw tomorrow along with unit 15171 which is a plaster floor with phytolith matting. It was very hot today, and I hope another burial comes up before the season ends for us in less than 2 weeks! |
