Excavation Diary Entry

Entry: On the last day of excavation I continued taking out the cluster of clayballs (15343) in space 449. Under the clay balls appeared one made of white stone. Besides that the usual ground stone could be found. I took out 4 layers o the clay ball heap, leaving in the 5. layer (being already documented) as a protection for the yet undocumented layer 6, which will be excavated hopefully the following year.
In general the clayballs form a heap in the S-E-corner, and a smaller heap in northern direction. The cluster fades in western and norther direction. With every layer I went down, the clay ball concentration became somewhat smaller, and, with few exceptions, is clustering on the very corner of features 3333 and 3324. The roomfill (15344) is on the level of layer 3 and 4 more compact, and spotted, having some ashy lenses.
