Entry: | A concentration of clay and mud brick separated arbitrary unit 16958 and unit 16959. This layer (unit 16965) has been excavated and I and JHB don’t have found finds or fill witch seemed to the other unit. Once time this layer remained, we have checked that unit 16958 and unit 16959 belong to a same event. Fill was similar (color, texture, inclusions). Another number has been given at the next layer (unit 16966) witch concerned all the center of the space 342 (concentration pit of finds: pit?). On the east part, near to the feature 3303 a concentration of clay and mud brick and few painted plaster are present. It might be result of a same event, for example collapse of walls. We have left in situ this centration for the moment because it seems to belong to a concentration more important witch could be concerned all the center of the space. This layer has less finds but we have registered a lot of ex-finds (12): pottery with a quite complete profile, obsidian blade retouched, ground stone,… |
