| Entry: | In the last week I have drawn all the walls in space 159 and taken out walls 414 and 400. Wall 400 came down onto a layer which looks like brick although in elevation it appeared to be fill. There also appears to be another wall below 414 and running parallel to wall 400 but at a slightly lower level. Wall 400 may continue south although most of it has been cut out by Mellaart. It looks as though a small height of wall 400 does in fact continue south and becomes the west wall of space 160. The wall below wall 400 appears to have been truncated. There is another wall running parallel to the southern extent of wall 400 on the western side. Tommorrow I shall plan these walls and try to work out how they interrelate.Entered By: Lucy Hawkes |
