| Entry: | Today BT came to visit our trench and helped us to understand the mud-brick material (U.16877 and U.17267) of walls F.2408 and F.5058 in B.106 telling us that the bricks mainly consist of silt with a lot of organic temper, some sand and very little clay, which now means I don’t have to do any more guesswork when filling out the ‘texture’ boxes on the respective unit sheets! |
