| Entry: | Today i excavated U31169 together with ASO. The layer is situated in space 448 east of buidıng 98 on the West Mound Trench 5. U31169 so far ıncluded an artıculated dıstal end of an metapodıal bone, other bone fragements, some obsıdıan, 2 pıeces of daub, very lıttle plaster and charcol and clay lumps of all sorts of color and compactness. ASO and ı had an ınterstıng dıscussıon on over- and undercuttıng sınce thıs heterogeneous layer changes ıts compactness and color really quıckly whıle excavatıng ıt. Further excavatıon wıll show what type of cultural deposıts U31169 ıs hıdıng from us. So far we wound a possıble wall underneath U31169 on ıts most southern end next to wall F3322. |
