| Entry: | After removal of wall 1602 work was started on removing the fill in the southern area of space 229. This is being taken down to the level attained in space 230 in order to establish the relationships with the surrounding and underlying walls. This has so far revealed very narrow curving wall which passes across in approx the same place as the original division of our spaces.. This needs further investigation as no one has ever seen anything like it before.
Today was the first day with the shelter and it seems to work well, although some pools of water seem to have collected underneath while it was raining. The weather was extremely cold and slightly rainy, everyone is freezing.Entered By: Emma Twigger |
