| Entry: | The skeletony thing (12863) in the central platform F2057 has tottaly explored but only thing that I can say is its really crushed. Skull is looking to south and the other ones put to eastern side of skull. İnfront of the skull there is a arm bone and there is a leg bone which means the bones are not articulated. İt migth be they tried to complete the skeleton like this way. On the eastern side there are some rib bones but not in position. Whwn we come to the cut ı can't say clear things again. There is a slopin thing that does not look like a cut but it is a sloping thing something like 30 degrees (12862) . It seems like they dag a wide thing and cover it with a bricky-sandy staff and they buried the dead with the same staff. On the sides of bones There were some bricky rectengular staff but not at top. Bones were just below the plaster. But Basak said that the bones are going underneath the bricky things aswell. Feature number for the burial is 2081. 1st skull is 12863. Sandy infill of cut is 12864. Second skull below the first one is 12876
On the other hand I started to excavate the secondary surface (12867) of N platform F2059. It was a mid grey, hard layer. There were small piaces of charcoal in it. There were animal bones,obs,and pottery in it. And there was a green pigmenty thing on the surface and ı found some red-orange pigments? Too. I took them as find. Below this surface a new plastered surface (12868) come off but in irregular shape on the middle of the platform. Thats all.Entered By: CZ |
