Entry: We removed the double basin F. 1584 and the pedestal F. 1581 from B51 today. They were proably made with the same clay that the hearth F. 1573 and the make up layer 12670 were made of. The clay wall of the double basin is 12672 and the clay make up of the pedestal is 12673.
With that all the internal features of B51 are excavated. The only one remaining is the L shape wall F. 1479 .
We took photos and videos of the exposed features of B52 and of the junction of the new wall of B51 with the reused walls from B52.

I spoke on the video about how these things relate to each other. There is one thing I'd like to add:
I don't want to do the whole discussion about the intentional or accidental fire, but besides all the known arguments that indicate an accidental fire there is a new one. It is obvious that the B51 is not even a building in the real sense of the word, but more like a corner of the burnt one, emptied of the burnt debris, with an L shape retaining wall to hold the rest of the debris away. It is clear now that they reused all the features from B52 just by plastering over them. It was also very shortly lived since there was only one layer of plaster and then abandoned. It is clear that this REOPENING took place imediately after the fire while the memory of where the walls and features were.

NOW, to RITUALLY burn down your really nice house with all the supplies inside, with the bucranium, horns, posts inside , just to reopen it the next day and reuse one corner of it, is really weird. Unless you are in a very strange religious sect or totally insane you just don't do that.

NO, seriously, is it common that a closure ritual takes place and then a re-opening occures immediately? Aren't these closures, sort of permanent, as in forever?Entered By: Doru Bogdan
