| Entry: | We started the morning clearing 13700 for a photo - satisfying to see it all cleaned up. Some trouble setting up the total station in the after breakfast period... In the end, we weren't too far off, but I guess it will take us amateurs a bit of time to get used to it. Give us a week and we'll be much speedier, am sure!
The early morning start was definitely a good idea - were much more productive and it really wasn't any harder getting up at 5.30 than 6.30 am. And seeing the sunrise as you arrive on site is a pretty darn good start to the day. The complaints about noise are fair, I guess. You don't pay much attention how much noise you make when you get up. But am sure we'll be more aware tomorrow.Entered By: NMS |
