Burial of child in corner. The child was placed in a basket or on a textile mat, with the head on top of a wall of the building below (F.3561). It is uncertain whether the wall had been cut by the burial, or if the burial was done at the same time as the makeup layer u20375 was spread out in the space - it could be a foundation burial. No cut could be seen.
Body tightly flexed on left side/supine. Disturbances by animal burrow.
Relation to burial F.3552 unclear; they abut each other with no signs of cutting. |
