This feature represents the burial of two separate individuals; a child (sk.19451) + a baby (sk.19578).
This burial may be first set of burials within the SE corner of sp77. The two individuals buried here were covered by an infill very different (a firm infill lighter in colour) from than of features F.3639, F3686+3645.
It seems as though the child (sk.19451) was buried first as the remains of the baby (sk.19578) were found laying above sk.19454. |
