| F. 7257 is a plastered floor, the second in space 517 found so far. The plaster is extremely patchy, and the makeup layer is visible. In fact, the plaster of f. 7183 extends beyond the makeup layer (u. 30860) of this floor, suggesting that there is likely to be another floor underneath. Floor f. 7257 serves as further confirmation that sp. 517 is an interior space. It was not excavated in the 2013 season, and therefore no depth measurement is recorded. |
