Phasing:
Mellaart Level: Unassigned at present

Hodder Level: North.G

Additional Phase Info: Central group of related buildings based on combination of stratigraphy (abutting relationships) and lithics assemblage dominated by East Gollu dag bifaces and percussion blades. Located at the surface of the mound and excavated to its latest occupation phase Sp.229 of B.82 is earlier than some of the midden deposits to it's south. Prior to the introduction of the Hodder phases Sp.229 of B.82 had been allocated to Mellaart Level VI - V very crudely based on comparison of the material assemblage but Mellaart levels of buildings/spaces NOT excavated in the 1960s have been removed to allow an independent assessment on phasing. NB/Work in progress. Correct as of date entered or modified.
