Additional Phase Info: Southern group of related buildings based on combination of stratigraphy (abutting relationships) and lithics assemblage dominated by Nenezi dag pressure flaked blades Heavily eroded Sp.244 forms an upper sequence of Sp.60 etc. comprises multiple sub phases associated with buildings to north and south. Prior to the introduction of the Hodder phases Sp.244 had been allocated to Mellaart Level V-IV very crudely based on comparison of the material assemblage but Mellaart levels of buildings/spaces NOT excavated in the 1960s have been removed to allow an independent assessment on phasing. NB/Work in progress. Correct as of date entered or modified.
