Additional Phase Info: Southern group of related buildings based on combination of stratigraphy (abutting relationships) and lithics assemblage dominated by Nenezi dag pressure flaked blades Sp.256 of B.55 is exposed to its latest occupation phase and NFE (not further excavated) Prior to the introduction of the Hodder phases Sp.256 of B.55 had been allocated to Mellaart Level VI-III very crudely based on comparison of the material assemblage but Mellaart levels of buildings/spaces NOT excavated in the 1960s have been removed to allow an independent assessment on phasing.
