Additional Phase Info: 4040.I = Surface eroded structures, generally phase uncertain, overlying 4040.H. Heavily eroded at the surface of the mound, Sp.264 of B.54 overlies the outline of an earlier structure Sp.139. Prior to the introduction of the Hodder phases Sp.264 of B.54 had been allocated to Mellaart Level IV -III very crudely based on comparison of the material assemblage but Mellaart levels of buildings/spaces NOT excavated in the 1960s have been removed to allow an independent assessment on phasing. NB/Work in progress. Correct as of date entered or modified. 

Description:
northern space of B54 . Floors and bin very near the surface so they were very eroded. Some floors fragments and the bin got preserved so that now we can say that all the burials excavated in the area, are under the floors and part of B54 (FS 2009).
