Description:
Rectangular space, 6, 15 m E-W 3,15 m N-S. External area between B102 and 119 and 3. Defined 2014. Not fully excavated.

Discussion:
Space 530 was given number quite late during 2014. It is the space below B.128 and was probably used as external area, contemporary at some time with B.102 and B.3 and probable B.119. It is not fully excavated in 2014. We however removed some infill event that occurred in this space prior to the construction of B.128 and perhaps part of the space's function. Below the space we can see the outline of an earlier building (with walls F7599 in west and F7 610 in south) The level we stopped on was a nice trampled infill (u.21549), clearly a used surface for some time, and also wall collapse layer u.21503 and u.21551 (another infill). It is possible that the wall collapse were filled in a cut in the surface of use, but we do not know that as it is not fully excavated. However it does overlie u.21549 and u.21551.
