Discussion: This is another layer in a sequence of deposits creating a ninfill of a large hellenistic pit located in central part of the excavated area. Fragments of a compact greyish layer were placed on the circumference of the pit cut.

Condition: dry, hot 

Consistency: soft/friable 

Colour: mid brown 

Texture: silty sand 

Bedding: massive in N and S parts, layered in the centre
