Unit description: Both dry sieve and 4mm flot residue bone done from this unit because it is small/small-medium. Mainly 003 size rib and long bone shaft frags, and indets (from 4mm flot). A few 007 shaft frags. Weathering moderate. Angularity sharp and spiky. Colour: mid-brown, a little manganese staining. Very little burning. Sample 152 >4mm flotation 100% sorted, recorded completely. This description applies to another bag found later, probably a re-sort. Smallish sample, mostly tiny bits of sheep-size scrap, all under 1 cm. Some low temperature burning. Somewhat weathered and worn, no gnawing or digestion. Some microfauna and fish, including two tiny fish vertebrae. Last record = F51Figurine Records: Yes
