Unit 12200
Category: Layer dug in 2005
Area: TP
Interpretive Categories: layer make-up,midden
Data Category Information: Location: between walls; Deposition: heterogeneous
Dimensions: 3.56 x 1.80 x 0,27
Discussion: This is an infill situated in a middle of an extension between walls 11503 (from S side), 10982 (from the N) and 10985 (from the E).The wall 10985 is later in date than the infill 12200 (in the N section it is visible that this wall is placed on the other part of this layer of the same kind of deposit. There can be two layers distinguished within unit 12200- upper one, more rubble- like, while the lower one, more midden-like. The unit was finished arbitrary so unit underneath (12205) is a continuation of this midden-like deposit. The unit 12200 is a part of sequence of make-up layers in the middle of an extension.
The unit 12200 was not homogeneous and the difference between its 2 'sub layers' is diffused and they changed gradually.
Within this layer 12200 some mud bricks were placed- grey ones (units 11797&11798) and oranguish (11799) as well as two bricks in a line ( or a part of wall 11796) of oranguish (11799) as well as two bricks in a line (or a part of wall - 11796) of oranguish colour as well. All of these units were placed in south centre of the layer.
