Discussion: Unidentified layer- possible dump of material overlying looser deposit 12622. Therefore later than foundation of building 41 ie. Byzantine or later.

Inclusions: frequent charcoal flecks and occasional charcoal lumps - 2cm 

Post-depositional Features: Presumably truncation during stripping 

Basal Boundary: Sharp, smooth, fairly distinct- especially over 12622
