Discussion: A small triangular area in the SW corner of the trench in order to clean the south face of wall. Loose, grey soil, mixed with clay fragments. Three successive floors uncovered at levels 1012.93, 1012.91, 1012.95.

Consistency: Moderately weak 

Colour: 10 YR 5/3 Brown 

Texture: Silty clay loam 

Bedding: Massive 

Inclusions: Pottery 2%, Bone 10%, Charcoal 2-3%, modern roots 20-30%, Clay frags 5%
