Unit 1715
Category: layer dug in 1996
Area: South
Interpretive Categories: roomfill
Data Category Information: In Situ: in situ; Location: building
Dimensions: 3.85 x 1.85 x 0.21 m
Discussion: Going deeper into the area around Feature 101 (pit) in order to find the floor related to wall 102. The area dug by 1715 is still largely disturbed. Traces of possible floor (F 107) found only in a small area east of the oven (as yet undug) and next to wall 102. The rest of 1715 disturbed by pit (Feature 101), which apparently extended across the trench, although the south part must have been much shallower. The wall of the oven (F 111) was also cleared. It is made of four upright mudbricks in a slightly curved position.
