Discussion: This stone has been set into the floors in the SW corner on platform F6058. Just in front of where the crawl hole between spaces 336 and 337 is believed to have been - this was truncated away by a later pit [16471].
This platform was most likely used as a preperation area for food as it is located between the store room and the hearth F6064 and the possible location of a now removed oven (as only the scar remains).
Excavated 2011, directly below quern was a layer of black charred organic material (19509)
