Unit description: Quite small unit, almost entirely long bone shaft fragments (except for one vertebra fragment). Even the only diagnostic bone is a long bone shaft. Mostly sheep-size, a little large mammal. Little weathering or gnawing, some low temperature burning. Quite fragmented, but range of fragment sizes. Appears to have been buried fairly quickly. Sample 2 >4mm flotation sorted 100%, recorded completely. Quite a bit of bone in residue. More diagnostics here, but many are digested, all quite fragmented. Not very weathered, some burning. Mostly sheep-size, some large mammal, one fish vertebra. Much wider range of elements, with ribs as common as long bones, skull and teeth well represented.
