Discussion: an levelling unit 1891, a thicker layer of dirt was removed from the south end of the unit (against the wall) than from the north end the latter was simply scraped
the ash deposit in the centre of room 112 seems to have more than one layer, with at least one layer of floor plaster between 2 ash layers at the south end of the deposit
it also spreads further than we had originally thought, with patches of dank ash, burned brick, floor plaster, intermixed in an area approx.,1.40 x 0.80 m under unit 1891
