Discussion: This is an infill of a relatively large pit located in the very S part of the Trench 4. It was not homogeneous: in the upper part was more loose, soft and grey, while in the lower part: less soft, more brownish and contained more rubble material (broken bricks). 

Consistency: soft in the above, less soft in lower part 

Colour: brown in lower part, grey in the upper part 

Texture: silty clay, clay 

Bedding: layered (upper- soft grey, lower- rubble) 

Inclusions: charcoal 

Post-depositional Features: animal burrows, roots 

Basal Boundary: clear, distinct, flat
