Unit 21193
Category: Layer dug in 2014
Area: North
Interpretive Categories: infill layer
Data Category Information: Location: building; Deposition: heterogeneous
Discussion: This is an infill layer of Building 129 as well as of lower space 504. It has been a heterogenous layer consisting of different materials as well as consistency and colour. At the beginning of exploration it has been thought that it is a burnt infill of lower building (131) but according to unburnt lenses of soil in its western and northern part it has been assumed that it might have been a part of upper Building 129. During later exploration a clear unburnt layer appeared which has been interpreted as preparation layer for foundation layers of B. 129 and therefore we decided to arbitrarily close the unit 21193.
