Discussion: This is the second layer of plaster surface in the SE corner of B 131, sitting above F 7641. This layer was more compacted compared to u.21197. When the excavation of this layer was completed it became apparent that the surface layer below extends further over the sub-square feature. There were distinct clusters of carbonized peas along the south and the east wall in this layer. 

Consistency: Friable, soft 

Colour: dark grey, dark brown 

Texture: Compact 

Bedding: Composite/compound 

Inclusions: Carbonized plants, plant impressions 

Post-depositional Features: None 

Basal Boundary: Clear,distinct
